Project Engineer
to join their Milan office.
Responsibilities Lead engineering activities and set priorities according to project schedules Review and cross-check executive designs from internal teams and third parties Act as the interface between external engineering partners and the in-house team Ensure designs are delivered on time and in line with local regulations and company standards Support the Project Manager in contract preparation, subcontractor tenders, and purchasing Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the grid connection process Provide engineering support to site teams, liaising with suppliers when required
Requirements University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in solar power plant construction Construction background with hands-on project involvement Fluency in Italian and English Strong skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Excellent organisational and communication skills
