About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Trial Educator (CTE)
to support clinical development programs across Europe. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with leading investigators and study sites, helping to ensure excellence in clinical trial delivery. The CTE will serve as a key scientific resource and educational partner, strengthening site engagement, facilitating understanding of protocols, and supporting high-quality trial conduct aligned with sponsor objectives and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with investigators, site staff, and key opinion leaders to enhance engagement and study performance. Deliver scientific and clinical education on the investigational compound, protocol requirements, and disease area. Support study start-up and ongoing trial execution through site training, troubleshooting, and proactive communication. Gather insights from the clinical field to inform development strategies and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development. Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred). 5–10 years
of experience in clinical research, ideally as a Clinical Trial Educator, MSL, or similar site-facing role within a sponsor environment. Strong understanding of clinical development processes and ICH-GCP guidelines. Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information credibly and clearly. Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset. Comfortable working autonomously across multiple countries and therapeutic areas.
