Overview

For our school in Trieste we are looking for an energetic and fun English teacher to join our team.

What you’ll do

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

Requirements to fit

• A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
• Well organized with good time management skills.
• Flexibility with work hours and availability.

What we offer

• Fixed-term contract (CCNL Aninsei – Level V) until June, with the possibility of renewal, including permanent employment.
• Initial commitment of 6 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing up to a maximum of 12 hours per week.

Hours

• Tuesday: 5:40 – 6:40 pm
• Thursday: 4:35 – 5:35 pm
• Possible overtime close to the scheduled hours and on Friday/Saturday afternoons for special events (trial lessons, workshops on-site or with partners).

Plus

• Availability in the mornings during public school holidays (summer/winter camps).

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and fluent command of the English language, with correct pronunciation.
• Passion for working with children, including very young ones.
• Dynamic, creative, and motivated person for activities and events.
• Accuracy and diligence in applying our method, supported by guides and initial training.
