Your Impact:

As Sales Operations Specialist , you’ll be the driving force behind commercial success in Italy. From contract execution to payment collection, you’ll ensure solar projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for internal teams and customers alike—keeping everything on track and building strong relationships along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating contract execution and sales order processes
• Liaising with HQ and local teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Managing customer communications around delivery, invoicing, and payments
• Preparing reports on shipments, forecasts, and more
• Issuing commercial invoices and tracking payments
• Overseeing credit insurance and payment risk
• Building cross-functional relationships to support project success

What You Bring:

• Experience in solar or operations (a big plus!)
• Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping/invoicing processes
• Familiarity with the energy sector
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Basic understanding of Italian business administration
