We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and probe stations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing test solutions across industry-standard platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test programs using leading ATE systems.
• Support probe station setup, calibration, and test execution.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate device validation and yield improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Strong experience with common ATE platforms, including: Advantest 93K series Teradyne J750 / Flex / ETS-364
• Microtest DMT
• Proficiency in test development languages,
• Experience working in semiconductor or electronics test environments.
