Our client is a global leader in solar innovation, transforming how the world powers homes, businesses, and communities in over 100 countries. Now, they are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join their Milan-based team and help accelerate Italy’s transition to sustainable energy.

What You’ll Do:

As the operational heartbeat of the Italian sales team, you’ll ensure solar projects run smoothly from contract to cash. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage customer relationships, and keep everything on track with precision and care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating contracts and managing sales orders
• Ensuring seamless delivery by liaising with HQ and local teams
• Handling customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
• Preparing reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
• Issuing invoices and tracking payments
• Managing credit insurance and payment risk
• Building strong cross-functional relationships

What You Bring:

• Experience in operations or the solar industry
• Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, and shipping/invoicing
• Familiarity with the energy sector is beneficial
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• ERP systems and MS Office proficiency
