WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a junior professional to join our Quality team, focusing on warranty returns and 0 hours claims analysis. The candidate will support data collection, aggregation, and analysis activities related to warranty/0 hours flows, contributing to the creation of reports aimed at continuous product and process improvement.

He/She will interact with Field Warranty, Product quality, Customer Service, Supplier Quality and engineering teams and collaborate to key projects related to product and technical zero hours claims.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES:

• Analyze warranty return data from workshops and customers.
• Aggregate and normalize technical and quality-related data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring defect causes.
• Create periodic reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with product quality, customer service and engineering teams.
• Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate to standardize lesson learned and best practices into systemic and structured flows.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, or related fields), or technical diploma with relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical data.
• English knowledge (B1/B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience (even brief) in quality, aftersales, or data analysis.
• Knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes.
