About the Role:
We are looking for a
Fullstack Developer – Junior Engineer
to join our software development team and contribute to the creation of modern, scalable, and secure digital platforms.
The candidate will work across the full stack — from front-end interfaces to backend APIs — collaborating with designers, AI specialists, and DevOps engineers to bring prototypes to life.
This is a key early-stage role, ideal for someone eager to learn, build, and grow within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain
front-end and back-end components
for Institute Itech web platforms
Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement user-friendly, responsive interfaces
Build and consume
RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Contribute to the integration of
databases, cloud services, and IoT data flows
Participate in
code reviews , testing, and optimization activities
Work closely with the AI & DevOps teams to ensure scalability and security
Document software processes and contribute to internal technical guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience (or academic equivalent) in
fullstack development
Proficiency with
JavaScript/TypeScript ,
HTML5 ,
CSS3 , and at least one major front-end framework ( React ,
Vue , or
Next.js )
Backend experience with
Node.js ,
Python (FastAPI, Django) , or similar frameworks
Understanding of
REST APIs ,
databases (SQL/NoSQL) , and
Git
version control
Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with
Docker ,
CI/CD pipelines , or
cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with
AI/ML integration
or data visualization frameworks
Knowledge of
authentication systems (OAuth, JWT)
and security practices
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new technologies
