Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and driven Associate / Senior Associate to join our investment team.You’ll work closely with the partners and portfolio founders, conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence, while helping shape investment theses and sourcing the next generation of agrifoodtech innovators.Requirements. We’re looking for someone who is:Passionate about transforming the agrifood system. Direct experience isn’t required, but curiosity and conviction are.Experienced in private investments, ideally venture capital, with a clear understanding of VC dynamics.Preferably educated in a STEM field (engineering, food science, biotech, or similar preferred).Willing to relocate to Milan to be part of the team on the ground.A low-ego, high-ownership and hustler mentality. Culture is key in such a small team and fast-moving environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Sourcing: Identify emerging trends, scout high-potential startups, and build founder relationships.Investment Analysis & Due Diligence: Conduct financial, technical, and commercial evaluations to support investment decisions.Portfolio Support & Management: Work with portfolio companies to help them grow, fundraise, and scale.Fund Operations & Reporting: Contribute to internal processes, portfolio tracking, and investor communications
