Overview
Collect market intelligence through various channels to understand customer needs for warehouse robotics, and execute/annual sales plans. Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions or industries to achieve predefined targets. Monitor market trends, proactively explore new business opportunities, and provide timely feedback on competitor activities. Manage sales contract negotiation, follow-up, and accounts receivable tracking. Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collect market intelligence through various channels to understand customer needs for warehouse robotics, and execute/annual sales plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions or industries to achieve predefined targets.
- Monitor market trends, proactively explore new business opportunities, and provide timely feedback on competitor activities.
- Manage sales contract negotiation, follow-up, and accounts receivable tracking.
- Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project-based sales experience, preferably in logistics automation equipment (e.g., 3PL, WMS).
- Candidates with industry resources in e-commerce, retail (apparel/footwear, FMCG, beauty/cosmetics), pharmaceuticals, logistics, or food sectors are preferred.
- Strong self-motivation, learning agility, and resilience.
- Keen market insight to identify new opportunities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills.
