Our client, a leading international import/export company in the food sector , has commissioned us to search for a: Logistics Clerk with ENGLISH - Import Export - Food Sector We offer : direct employment with the company; salary (RAL) and classification will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience. Working hours : full-time (Monday to Friday 2 Saturdays per month) on-call availability. required. Workplace : San Martino Buon Albergo (VR). Responsabilities The Logistics Clerk, reporting to the Commercial Manager and interfacing with central warehouses and customers, will be responsible for: defining the most efficient and economical routes for vehicles (from Northern Europe to Italy); organizing and planning trips (from Northern Europe to Italy); composing truck loads; managing and entering orders; dealing with customers and suppliers; constant collaboration with the internal sales area; managing documentation (including customs clearance); monitoring the entire shipping lifecycle, from collection to delivery of goods; managing emergencies, delays, and problems that occur during transport. Requirements fluent knowledge of the English language; previous experience in the role within companies in the food sector; aptitude for problem-solving; excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility; knowledge of Spanish as a second language is a preferential qualification.
