• £40k–£45k DOE + tailored benefits
• 35-hour working week + 2 days remote

The work:

• Lead habitat & species surveys across high-profile Scottish projects
• Produce ecological reports that influence outcomes, not just tick boxes
• Manage projects end-to-end while shaping major schemes
• Engage regulators, clients & contractors to achieve better results
• Mentor juniors & build your leadership profile

We’re looking for:

• 4+ years consultancy experience + solid grasp of UK ecology legislation
• Skilled in surveys (bats / mammals / GCN / botany etc.) and HRA / EcIA / EIA
• Confident communicator with persuasive reporting skills
