Senior Associate – Infrastructure Disputes (3+ PQE) – Cambridge

The Opportunity

• Join our client, a leading and growing Construction & Engineering team with a strong track record across major infrastructure projects internationally
• Be part of the Cambridge office – working closely with the London team and globally recognised lawyers
• Advise on disputes arising from complex, high-profile infrastructure projects across a diverse range of clients and sectors
• Exposure to both UK and international matters, with opportunities to handle cross-border disputes and collaborate with colleagues worldwide

The Role

• Advise on contentious issues relating to major infrastructure and construction projects
• Handle adjudication, litigation (including Technology & Construction Court), arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
• Provide early risk management and project advice to help clients minimise disputes before they escalate
• Manage your own caseload and play a key role in client relationships while supporting the wider team on complex, high-value matters
• Contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers within the practice

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years PQE with strong experience in construction or infrastructure disputes
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with a commercial approach
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• Proactive, collaborative and motivated to develop your career within a market-leading team
• An interest in building long-term relationships with clients in diverse sectors
