🚀 Product Manager (Telecoms)

I am partnering with a company trusted by the world’s top network operators and hyperscale providers, as they look to add a new Product Manager to their team. You will take new products from concept through development, engage directly with customers, and help the sales and marketing teams communicate their value.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Define project scope, manage time-to-market, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to prioritise high-value initiatives.
• Promote products via documentation, training, demos, and presentations.
• Track and report metrics to guide decisions and strategy.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Product Management (10+ preferred) or closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet/IP, Synchronization (PTP, SyncE), 4G/5G networks, and datacoms infrastructure.
• Experience conducting customer discovery sessions and market analysis.
• Technical background (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate new technologies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.

Desirable

• Experience with monitoring/measurement systems, open/disaggregated networks, or telecom/datacom equipment (switches, routers, servers, firewalls).
• Prior experience in communications test and measurement.
