🚀 Penetration Tester

My client, HQ in London, is a global Cybersecurity advisory firm. They are hiring a Senior Pentester in London (hybrid, 2x day a week in London offices).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver penetration tests across various industries, including infrastructure, technology, healthcare, financial services, and retail.
• Engage directly with clients, building credibility and strong professional relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, from scoping and planning to full-scale execution.
• Operate independently and collaboratively with other senior and junior operators.
• Participate in advanced Red Team exercises, remaining undetected by XDR/IDS/IPS/EDR systems.
• Conduct physical security assessments, including covert access operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in hands-on penetration testing / red teaming / Offensive Security operations with consulting / client-facing experience.
• Experience as a CHECK Team Lead.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, C#, etc. in source code review or automation experience.

Desirable:

• Relevant certifications like OSCP, OSWE, GCPN and others are a great plus.
• Experience running end-to-end client engagements.
• Project management skills.
• Security clearance (SC/DV) is a great plus but not a must.
• Operational Technology (OT) experience.
