Our Yorkshire based client is currently recruiting for an Analytical / Technical Transfer Scientist to be responsible for the successful transfer of analytical methods and technology for a range of pharmaceutical products.

This is a hands on / desk based role where the successful candidate will be responsible for start to finish transfer projects, working with internal stakeholders and also 3rd parties.

Duties for this position will include :

• Reviewing technical dossiers ensuring accuracy and transferring robust analytical/ physical testing methodologies to 3rd party manufacturing sites
• Providing analytical support for feasibility studies and scale-up verifications
• Method validation and verification
• Acting as focal point to counterpart 3rd party staff, ensuring effective communication streams at all times
• Assessing quality issues and trouble shooting
• Supervising , advising a Transfer Technician

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc in Chemistry (or related subject) together with appropriate Technical / Method Transfer experience with both analytical and wet chemistry techniques in a busy GMP environment
