🚀 Investment Associate - Music

We are working with a leading private equity–backed media business that is seeking an Associate to join their growing team. You will be involved in investment evaluations and acquisitions, portfolio monitoring, and the broader deal process. You will regularly interact with management and seasoned professionals in the industry while also working alongside other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Build financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the existing portfolio, and support the preparation of investment committee memos and presentations.
• Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and report on portfolio performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&A or valuations, gained within an investment bank, advisory firm, or similar business.
• Exposure to TMT, Media, Music, or related sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and interpret large data sets.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
