Bristol (Regional Travel) | up to £40,000 base + £6,000 bonus potential

We’re hiring a Landscape Account Manager for a market-leading commercial grounds maintenance business that’s growing fast and known for its people-first culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with landscaping or facilities management experience who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and taking pride in delivering high-quality outdoor environments for clients.

The Role:

As a Landscape Account Manager, you’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of around 150 commercial client sites across your region.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and additional project work (soft landscaping, maintenance, upgrades).
• Oversee delivery quality by coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and client reviews.
• Support ongoing business growth through excellent client retention and organic expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or facilities management .
• Confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face client interaction.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive — able to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Commercially minded, with an eye for opportunities to grow client accounts.
