Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth of the organisation by developing the firm's reputation and client relationships.
• Manage transactions from inception to completion, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise through coaching.
• Engage in business development activities to enhance local market share and influence team strategy.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor.
• Extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large regional or city firm.
• Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large property portfolios.
• Strong internal and external networking skills to generate new work.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Experience in supervising the technical work of others.
• A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to provide first-class technical and commercial advice.
