🚀 Estates Manager (Industrial) - Leeds - 12 Months FTC

Well known, national industrial occupier is seeking an experienced estates surveyor/manager to join the team on a 12months FTC basis. The role is a mixed post, focusing on Landlord & Tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals, etc.

Interested parties must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive and have an excellent attention to detail.

The role requires an experienced commercial surveyor, who has some knowledge or operating in the industrial property sector. The role would suit a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, (albeit nearly MRICS qualified surveyors are encouraged to show interest too).

The role is West Yorkshire based, with some regional travel.

The role is paying circa £50 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bens, (DOE).
