We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven Strategic Operations & Intelligence Lead to support our executive leadership team in day-to-day operations, strategic decision-making, and external stakeholder engagement. This role is pivotal in supporting corporate decisions, preparing for and executing on fundraising activities , advancing strategic partnerships , and enhancing Board-level communications .
You will bring deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical development and commercialisation , particularly in oncology , and will be responsible for generating actionable insights through competitive intelligence , market analysis , and primary research .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Support
- Partner with the COO and leadership team to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Support Board communications, investor updates, and fundraising materials.
- Contribute to partnership development and external stakeholder engagement strategies.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct secondary data analytics and primary research to inform corporate strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Maintain and evolve therapeutic area knowledge repositories and competitive landscapes.
- Attend key industry conferences to gather insights and build expert networks.
Insight Generation & Communication
- Translate complex market dynamics into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Develop high-impact presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally
Experience & Qualifications
- BSc (or higher) in life sciences or business-related fields.
- At least 3 yearsβ experience in strategy consulting, pharma/biotech, healthcare, or related industries
- Proven experience in oncology (preferred)
- Strong understanding of US/EU treatment paradigms and market trends.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.

- Work proactively with the team to develop effective strategies
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with analytics tools.
