Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel
Milton Keynes (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

A leading, fast-growing group is seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic UK legal team. This highly commercial role offers broad exposure and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
The Role
- Advise, draft & negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, software, OEM)
- Support governance frameworks and exec/board processes
- Involvement in M&A projects as part of growth strategy
- Partner with senior stakeholders across procurement, compliance & operations
- Manage two paralegals handling litigation matters
About You
- 5+ PQE (in-house or mixed background)
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing juniors
- Agile, business-focused approach
