The role:

• Lead the delivery, implementation, and governance of market pricing structures to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive innovation through new data sources, tooling, and analytical techniques to enhance pricing sophistication.
• Mentor and guide a team of analysts, fostering best practices and continuous improvement across pricing delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong background in commercial or mid-corporate pricing, ideally with experience in Radar, Emblem, SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
• Excellent analytical and statistical capability, including GLM modelling and portfolio performance insight.
• Proven experience collaborating across underwriting, actuarial, and technical teams, with leadership or mentoring exposure.
