Senior HR Business Partner - Hybrid- £65,000


We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to join our Operations leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy that underpins business transformation and operational excellence.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll drive strategic HR initiatives across a diverse operational landscape, supporting transformation, organisational design, and large-scale change, including outsourcing and insourcing activity. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with the business model, performance objectives, and long-term goals.
  • Lead on organisational design and workforce planning to ensure structures, capabilities, and roles support efficient service delivery.
  • Support and advise on the development and execution of operational models, ensuring alignment between people, process, and technology.
  • Drive change and transformation programmes, including restructuring, outsourcing/insourcing, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing credible challenge, coaching, and thought partnership.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and capability development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Use people analytics and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR interventions.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (Reward, Talent, Learning, etc.) to deliver seamless and commercially focused solutions.


About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role, ideally within an operational or service delivery environment.
  • Demonstrable experience leading organizational change, including outsourcing, insourcing, and transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of operating models, organisational design, and workforce planning.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Confident navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and delivering pragmatic solutions at pace.
