We’re proud to be supporting a long-standing client we’ve helped grow over several years who are now operating an impressive network of 8 homes across the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established, well-regarded 2-bed EBD home on the outskirts of Preston.

About the Role:

• Lead and develop an Ofsted-rated GOOD home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

• Maintain and enhance a stable, therapeutic environment focused on positive outcomes

• Guide and motivate a committed team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance

• Work collaboratively with senior leaders across a strong, supportive local network

• Drive continuous improvement and lead confidently through inspections and audits

About You:

• Registered Manager experience within children’s residential care (EBD or similar)

• Confident in leading inspections and achieving GOOD or better outcomes

• Therapeutic, resilient, and genuinely child-focused

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
