The Opportunity

You’ll join a respected Property Litigation team known for handling both commercial and residential matters of real complexity and value. The firm offers the perfect balance of autonomy and support, giving you the space to take ownership while continuing to develop your expertise.

• Manage a varied caseload of property disputes , including landlord and tenant issues, boundary and right of way disputes, and lease renewals
• Deliver strategic, commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve practical solutions
• Support and mentor junior lawyers, sharing your experience to strengthen the wider team
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless client service
• Play a key role in the growth of the practice through business development and networking

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Experienced in managing complex commercial and residential disputes
• Commercially minded with a confident, solutions-driven approach
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative and supportive working style
