Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

An established Glasgow firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1–5 years’ PQE) to join its busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in a firm that values collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality client care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to settlement or trial
• Provide clear legal advice and representation, including court advocacy where required
• Work closely with Counsel and medical experts to prepare and progress cases
• Handle matters including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and hospital negligence

Experience Required:

• 1–5 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence or a related area of litigation
• Advocacy skills and understanding of court procedures
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
