Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-1yr PQE)

Location: Greater Glasgow Area

Overview:

An established firm in the Greater Glasgow area is seeking a newly qualified or up to 1 year PQE Solicitor to join its residential conveyancing team, offering the chance to build your property law career with hands-on experience across a variety of residential matters in a welcoming and supportive setting.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Scottish qualified (or soon to qualify) Solicitor with experience in property law
• Previous experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload (during traineeship or post-qualification)
• Manage transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages under supervision as required
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients
• Flexible and keen to assist colleagues across the team
