Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value clinical negligence claims from instruction through to resolution.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and strategic advice to clients and their families.
• Draft pleadings, statements, expert reports, and key correspondence.
• Instruct leading medical experts and Counsel to build robust cases.
• Handle disclosure, trial preparation, and litigation proceedings.
• Lead settlement negotiations and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, trainees, and paralegals.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship growth.
• Share knowledge and contribute to internal training and best practice development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence or serious injury litigation.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value claims with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to distil complex medical evidence.
• Exceptional communication and client care skills, with a genuine passion for helping injured clients and their families.
