Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation (Dependent on experience)
Relocation Allowance : $5,000AUD

Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team in Ballarat. This role involves providing high-quality, client-focused OT services across NDIS and My Aged Care, helping clients achieve independence, functional goals, and improved quality of life.
We are particularly interested in UK-trained OTs or GPs with allied health experience who are considering relocation to Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy, including motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
- Assess and prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions using evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NDIS standards.
- Engage in professional development, supervision, and knowledge sharing.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (UK BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy, HCPC-accredited).
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to register.
- Proven clinical experience in allied health, NDIS, or aged care settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS best practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant client management software.
- International candidates must have recognized OT qualifications and eligibility for AHPRA registration.
