Professional Services Manager (South East) – Audiology


Are you an experienced Audiologist ready to take the next step into leadership?


We’re looking for a passionate Audiologist to join as a Professional Services Manager in the South East of England, to inspire and support a team of dedicated Audiologists across a growing Hearing Care group. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strategic leadership, shaping the future of audiology services while keeping patients at the heart of everything we do.


The Role

As Professional Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a talented team of Audiologists to deliver the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
  • Partner with area and practice managers to drive both clinical and commercial performance.
  • Support recruitment by attracting and onboarding exceptional Audiologists.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to innovate services, enhance patient pathways, and explore new opportunities in hearing care.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to marketing campaigns and patient communications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clinical queries, team support, and patient feedback.


About You

You’ll be an experienced Audiologist with a proven track record in both the private sector and NHS. You will bring:

  • At least 5 years’ clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in clinical excellence and practice management.
  • A proactive, patient-focused approach with the ability to balance clinical and commercial goals.
