🚀 Merchandising Administrator

An exciting entry-level opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising & Wholesale Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced women's footwear & accessory brand supporting both wholesale and third-party ecommerce accounts. This is a varied role working across product uploads, stock management, and daily admin tasks to help ensure smooth order processing and accurate delivery tracking across multiple platforms.

• Sending daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
• Assist in the analysis on stock levels, sales performance, and other key metrics
• Managing critical paths to ensure deliveries meet targets
• Coordinate with buying, inventory, & warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock & delivery management to wholesale accounts
• Uploading and maintaining product listings across wholesale and ecommerce platforms
• Maintaining and updating key account information and price lists across our systems
• Attend wholesale meetings and process customer orders
• Handling business to business customer enquiries
• Managing and updating master data sheets to ensure product and stock accuracy
• Co-ordinate invoicing uploads & maintain internal trackers
