Digital Marketing Executive / West London / Hybrid Working


An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing London-based fashion and accessories brand as a Digital Marketing Executive .


This is a brilliant role for someone early in their digital marketing career who’s looking to grow in a creative, high-performance environment. You’ll support the execution of digital campaigns across paid media and affiliates , analyse results, and help optimise performance to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.


We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, a strong analytical mindset, and the drive to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative team.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery and optimisation of campaigns across paid social, paid search, and affiliate channels .
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and performing effectively.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to align digital campaigns with brand activity and key promotions.
  • Brief and coordinate campaign assets and copy, ensuring all activity meets brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Provide reporting and insights on performance, making data-led recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support with broader digital projects across email and SEO when needed.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance reach and engagement.


What You’ll Bring

  • Around 2 years’ experience in digital marketing , ideally with hands-on exposure to paid media or affiliates.
  • Good understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and campaign optimisation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager , or similar platforms.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable interpreting data to inform strategy.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, creativity, and digital innovation .
