The Role

As Assistant General Manager , you will:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 20+ front-of-house professionals
• Be highly visible on the floor, delivering flawless guest experiences at every service
• Uphold brand standards and ensure luxury service excellence at all times
• Manage daily operations, guest relations, reservations, and team performance
• Collaborate with the GM and ownership to elevate the brand and drive growth

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

• A proven Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager with experience in luxury, Michelin-starred, or high-end international restaurants
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for VIP clientele
• A natural leader and motivator , able to manage a high-performing team
• Confident on the floor and skilled at engaging guests personally
• Ready to start immediately and relocate if necessary and happy with some late nights
