🚀 Technical Services Manager

Lead Technical Strategy Across 2M Sq Ft of Prime London Real Estate.

A leading real estate organisation is seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services across a high-profile commercial portfolio in London.

You’ll lead a well-structured team and manage all aspects of technical service delivery - from planned and reactive maintenance to compliance, lifecycle planning, and capital projects. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the technical services team
• Manage external service partners and monitor performance
• Drive compliance, energy efficiency, and service innovation
• Oversee building systems (M&E, BMS, EMS, life safety, lifts, etc.)
• Deliver capital projects and lifecycle planning
• Support mobilisation of new buildings and defect resolution
• Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical FM leadership
• Large portfolio management (client or contractor side)
• Strong team leadership and project delivery skills
• Mechanically or electrically qualified (F-Gas or 18th Edition)
• IOSH or NEBOSH certified
