Our client, a leading provider of entertainment and communication services across the UK and ROI, is seeking a Business Development Team Leader to drive new business growth in the Mid-Market segment. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales, and team management to ensure continued success in acquiring and retaining clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Guide the team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and markets.
  • Sales Execution: Move quickly to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and close deals efficiently.
  • Forecasting & Accountability: Play a pivotal role in driving revenue, providing accurate sales forecasts, and delivering on team commitments.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights from customers and the market to shape offerings.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client needs and company objectives.
