Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property maintenance, landscaping, catering, housekeeping, and concierge services.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and operational excellence.
• Recruit and lead hospitality staff including chefs, housekeepers, and groundskeepers.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors.
• Report on KPIs and maintain operational systems.
