Role Title: Associate to Senior Associate Solicitor - Private Client

Location: Oxford

Salary: £58,000 - £70,000 pa Depending on experience

Role Summary: An exceptional opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a high-performing team. This role offers excellent quality work, dealing with HNW and complex matters, and provides a clear pathway to Senior Associate/Legal Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning .
• Advise HNW individuals, business owners, and trustees on complex wealth management and succession issues.
• Draft intricate Wills and Trust documents, ensuring compliance with evolving tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all aspects of contentious and non-contentious probate files.
• Actively engage in business development and networking activities within the Oxford and Thames Valley region.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing complex Private Client matters and advising on IHT.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent technical drafting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor junior staff is desirable.
• Commitment to building a long-term career within the Private Client sector.
