You will;

• Take full ownership of asset management initiatives, ensuring delivery of agreed strategies and business plans across a diverse commercial portfolio.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative asset management strategies for both existing and potential investments.
• Assess the financial feasibility and practical deliverability of new opportunities and proposed asset strategies.
• Oversee and coordinate external consultants and service providers, including investment and leasing agents, building consultants, and property managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with funding partners and external stakeholders, representing the firm professionally at industry events.
• Prepare and present high-quality board reports, investment papers, and other key documents to support strategic decision-making.
