🚀 Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Design Engineer with an electrical building services background required by a small independent M&E building services design consultancy in Birmingham, employing 20 staff.

Working on RIBA stage 4-5. Projects typically major retail, data centres, schools and general commercial projects

The role

• Senior design engineers manage their own projects
• Designing electrical schemes and submitting issued for construction drawings
• Direct liaison with clients
• Working closely with BIM team

Typically office-based, with some WFH flexibility. Hours: 40 pw. core hours 9-430 with flex start/finish times

Package

• Salary around £55K
• 25 days holiday, rising 1 day biannually to 32 days

Requirements

• Qualified electrical engineer
• Electrical design experience within building services
• Previously worked in an electrical contractor or consultancy company
• Local to Birmingham already, does not require a work visa now or in the future
