Mech Tech Professionals are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client – a prestigious global provider of innovative, high-quality medical equipment serving healthcare professionals worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking organisation, contributing to the delivery of critical projects that drive innovation and excellence in the medical sector, with a view to start immediately.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Project Management of medium-sized to large projects
  • Responsible for planning and follow-up of deliverables, quality and budget, risk management and problem resolution on the project level
  • Accountable for Project in the Project-Line operating model
  • Define, together with the Line Managers, the project team composition .
  • Manage, coordinate and engage a cross-functional project team to achieve all deliverables according to expectations , taking into account best practices and lessons learned
  • Support line managers in the identification of need and opportunities for competence development
  • Coach and guide Project Managers and project team members.
  • Identify, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Raise issues in a timely and professional way to the right forum or governance body according to the project model.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Close the project with required documentation and learnings captured and shared
  • Lead by example, focus on motivating leaders and co-workers. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team. Shape and embody the client’s culture, innovation and excellence across their diverse global organization
  • Perform tasks, reviews and approvals for assigned Design Control roles.
  • Perform additional duties as and when required to support the overall objectives of the role and the organization

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
  • Certified Project Manager (e.g. PMP or equivalent).
  • Strong command of modern project management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various functions
  • Experience working within regulated industries (medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc.).
