Our client, a fast-growing and ambitious M&E contractor in Dartford, is expanding their team so rapidly that they’re turning away opportunities to bid because they just don’t have enough hands! This is your chance to join a vibrant, high-energy team and make an immediate impact.

About the Role: (Fully fledged)

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you’ll be in the thick of the action:

• Dive into tender documents, analyse, raise RFIs, and liaise with the supply chain
• Prepare competitive, accurate tenders and present your costing approach and risk assessments
• Influence internal decisions in tender adjudication meetings
• Support smooth project handovers to operations, ensuring everything starts perfectly

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ estimating experience preferred (but ambitious candidates who can hit the ground running are welcome!)
• Sharp commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
• A true team player who thrives under pressure and loves solving problems
• Confident attending client site meetings as required
