Position Overview

You will be at the heart of the residential property department, managing a caseload of transactions from instruction to completion. You’ll provide clear, practical advice and guide clients through what can be a complex process, ensuring the experience is smooth, transparent and stress-free.

Responsibilities

Build a rapport with referrers and clients

Effectively communicate with clients and third parties

Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches

Provide proactive updates to clients regarding transactions

Perform contract checks, mortgage reports and search results

Reply to freehold and leasehold enquiries

Handle exchange of contracts and completion of purchases

Requirements

Strong experience in residential property law transactions

Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills

Strong sense of pride in work and commitment to client service

Hard-working attitude and desire to develop legal career

Flexible and positive approach to working in a busy firm
