You’ll represent children and guardians across care proceedings, working closely with the Head of Family to shape and grow the department. A key opportunity to influence direction and develop into leadership

If you’re a motivated and experienced Child Care Solicitor with The Law Society Children Law Accreditation , knowledge and relationships with the local guardian panel, and keen to explore potential career development opportunities then please get in touch!

About You:

• Children Panel Accredited (essential)
• Experienced in public & private childcare law
• Skilled advocate in Magistrates & County Court
• Confident managing 25–30 active care cases
• Strong communicator with empathy & professionalism
