Salary: £30,000 – £70,000, depending on experience and seniority

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a wide portfolio of clients across sectors.


You will:

  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters
  • Provide strategic advice on property investments and portfolio management
  • Lead negotiations and draft contracts, leases, and associated legal documentation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercially viable and practical solutions
  • Keep up to date with legal developments and market trends to provide current and relevant advice
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Supervise and support junior team members, including trainees and paralegals
  • Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Support the firm’s business development strategy by attending networking and client events


What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide commercially sound advice
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to client care and business development
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A team player with mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable but not essential)
