Salary: £28,000 - £60,000, depending on experience and seniority

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering comprehensive private client services, working on a varied caseload that includes:

  • Drafting standard and complex Wills, including those involving trusts, businesses, and agricultural assets
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Advising on inheritance tax planning, including lifetime gifting, trust creation, and Deeds of Variation
  • Administering estates from start to finish, including probate applications, asset collection, and distribution
  • Advising clients on implementing Will-based trusts and preparing relevant trust documentation
  • Providing clear, sensitive, and empathetic advice to clients, particularly during bereavement
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tax compliance (IHT, CGT, and income tax)
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and representing the firm at events
