Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing top-tier corporate talent? We’re looking for someone to join our client’s team on a short-term contract to support high-profile hiring across Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and the CEO Office. This is a hands-on sourcing role — no stakeholder management, just pure talent hunting.

Contract Details

• Rate: £350 per day (inside IR35)
• Location: Leeds (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
• Contract: Until 31st January 2026
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across all corporate levels using LinkedIn and direct search methods.
• Build and manage shortlists for roles in Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and CEO Office.
• Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” sourcing service.
• Work independently without reliance on agencies.
• Operate within a fast-paced two-week advertising-to-shortlisting cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure quality and speed in candidate delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar sourcing-focused role
• Strong background in corporate recruitment (not SMO)
• Ability to source candidates from scratch
• Skilled in CV sifting and shortlist creation
• Experience working on high-profile roles in large corporate environments
• Comfortable working at pace and to tight deadlines
