Contract Details

  • Contract Rate: ยฃ20 per hour via Hays PAYE
  • Location: Sheffield (hybrid โ€“ three times per week on-site)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (with visibility to extend)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and verify the correct customer contacts using internal systems and public sources.
  • Make outbound calls to inform customers about upcoming service retirements.
  • Handle inbound queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Explain available options, including service termination, migration, or upgrades.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions to new services or equipment.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions for follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.


Key Requirements

  • Experience in both outbound and inbound customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset with adaptability to different customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
