Contract Details
- Contract Rate: ยฃ20 per hour via Hays PAYE
- Location: Sheffield (hybrid โ three times per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and verify the correct customer contacts using internal systems and public sources.
- Make outbound calls to inform customers about upcoming service retirements.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain available options, including service termination, migration, or upgrades.
- Facilitate smooth transitions to new services or equipment.
- Accurately log all customer interactions for follow-up and tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Key Requirements
- Experience in both outbound and inbound customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
