Are you a skilled Civil Design Engineer with a passion for sustainability, innovation, and large-scale impact? Want to use your technical expertise to accelerate the UK’s transition to clean commercial transport?

A fast-growing clean energy infrastructure company — backed by major funding and a mission to decarbonise UK transport — is building a national network of multi-fuel hubs to support electric, hydrogen, and biofuel-powered commercial vehicles. They're now looking for a Civil Design Engineer to help design these industry-first hubs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team, shaping projects from the very first sketches through to construction-ready designs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing concept site layouts for low-carbon transport hubs
• Producing plans, 3D renders, and drainage systems to support planning applications
• Collaborating on access, highways, biodiversity and vehicle flow design
• Supporting cost analysis and construction-ready documentation (RIBA stages 1–4)
• Working closely with the acquisition and commercial teams to assess site feasibility and future-proof infrastructure

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit or similar
• Ability to work independently, with strong collaboration skills
• Passion for sustainable infrastructure and a desire to grow in a fast-paced team
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
