Senior Electronics Engineer

Location : Southampton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a leading company working on advanced systems for high-performance industries.

This role involves the design and development of analog and digital circuits , including control systems and data processing for precision applications. You’ll be responsible for delivering robust electronic solutions across the full product lifecycle , from initial concept through to production. The position offers a chance to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring designs meet high industry standards.

The ideal Senior Electronics Engineer will have:

• Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design .
• Expertise in FPGA design and firmware development .
• A track record of designing electronics to meet military standards and for EMC compliance .
• Proficiency in system engineering , with experience managing projects and working with suppliers and external partners .
• Hands-on experience with the entire product lifecycle , including developing, building, and testing systems.
• Strong skills in documentation , including creating instructions and test procedures.
• Proficiency in board bring-up and using test equipment effectively.
